Remember me bemoaning life at our taco dinner, wishing we could wrap
them in the kind of paper that Moe is using for his wrap-ups, so we could
eat all we load on the soft tortilla without having to chase the
contents all over the dinner table and in our laps?
Well, the problem is solved. Reynolds is offering non-stick pan lining paper that fits the bill perfectly. They call it Reynolds Wrap and it is parchment with a foil coating on one side. They advertise it for baking and cooking and have a tempting picture of a slice of lasagna coming right out of the casserole, without anything sticking.
I got me a roll and used it for making me a batch of Rock Cakes. The paper molds perfectly to the baking sheet, without the curling that you get from parchment. When you have the sheet in the oven, you load up another piece of Reynolds Wrap of the same size and when the first comes out, you simply slide the paper with the baked goods off and slide the second load on and you are back to baking within less than two minutes. Slide the paper onto the cooling rack, and do your next thing without time loss.
Got it? Have more fun outside the kitchen.
